Embroidery Pouch and Placemat
I love embroidery! Especially designing and drawing embroidery pattern. It's so much fun :) For me embroidery is a relief when I'm feeling blue, and also to enjoying my time when Syana is sleeping. Embroidering when she's awake is a baaad idea. I've tried once, and ended up with crazy embroidery floss messed all over the house. It took me forever to collected and separated each color strand of the floss, but still it was an amazing experience with her lol.
The green embroidery doll pouch and the chef embroidery place mat was made for craft swap event at IIHC group on facebook, about a year ago. I'm using cotton calico fabric and polka dot japanese cotton fabric, and flowery cotton fabric for chef hat and bowl applique. These project is full handsewn, because I don't have sewing machine yet at that time.
So, what do you think? Do you love embroidery too? Please share here if you're inspired. Have a good day all ^^v

Tuffadoll's New Design: I Love Vespa
It's been a while since my first design on Society6, and now I'm back! :p So, it's a dolly girl riding vespa with her cat, how cute is that? Hehe.. I'm so excited to draw a Vespa, even though my drawing is far from amazing fine detail like it should be, but I remember it shape just like I remember my own face.. really?? Well, not that detail, but my father has been a huge fan of Vespa for as long as I can remember, so we were riding a lot when I was a kid.
I love the shade of vintage Vespa, a dusty old turquoise, that reminds me the old time when riding a Vespa is a must in our neighborhood..haha.. Well, time has changed but some people just can't let go off their old style, don't you think?
I think for my father, Vespa is not just a ride, it's a pride. So how about you? Do you love Vespa too?
This design is available at my Shop on Society6, check it out now!

Syana and Ginger Embroidery Cushion
..
Syana is so addicted to cat. Although I still in doubt to let her have her own cat, but my neighbor's cats always become her favorite. She also likes balloon a lot! One day when we went to the grocery store, she saw a pack of assorted color balloons and immediately asked me to buy it. Since we don't have the pump, my husband and I were blowing out all of those balloons until our cheek felt so puffy and swollen, hahaha.. but it was so much fun, lol. Then I'm inspired to make cushion for her with cat and balloon embroidery on it.
